I bought a few other DVDs. This one is so well made that it really will help you as you take your lessons. After a few hours with an instructor you can kick back and watch this to understand what went wrong and how to do it better. OF COURSE it shows you common mistakes. How else can you learn?

I never want to have a mental picture of the wrong methods to use. This DVD is constantly showing "common mistakes" and actually has chapters devoted them! It's such bad Karma to view these mistakes!! I am looking forward to a more positive instructional DVD ...hopefully designed and narrated by a women!!

Progression is a well-produced and informative product. Even though I have yet to kiteboard (weather conditions were not favorable), I feel as though I'm ready to master the kiteboard. In this DVD, you will learn everything up to jumping and soaring through the air. It's certified by IKO. So, it may just as well be the training plan you will use at any reputable kiteboarding school. If you plan to kiteboard, I suggest reviewing this DVD a few times before you go. As a result, you will enjoy training even more.
