As a first time female "wakeboarder", the book has helped many of our nephews and nieces get up and ride their first time. As a female rider many of the dvd's are extremely helpful for a beginner. My husband has been riding for two years and thinks the DVD's are great. When we go out on the boat I hear him using the exact descriptions from the Book to friends.
